SWRemote 'private' variables

I want to be able to set properties that belong to the SWRemote rather than to HB. The SWRemotes should be competely independent of each other. Usage example: Select an area in the house and then run a task that changes the radio channel only in that area, without affecting (or being affected by) ch...

I experience a similar problem with a SIMPad (with ARM and Win CE 4.1, and the FakeDll installed). I have a 132k XML file.

I didn't spend the time yet to figure out what causes this.

Pablo,

I don't see how HB could "die". We won't let that happen.

That's good news.

I hope that Meedio will pay more attention to the HB community, otherwise HB will just 'fade'.

Don't give up pal

For me, this is too important to let go.

I will keep reminding the people at Meedio that answers are expected.

After such a long time of waiting, I lost my patience.

So much for diplomacy...

Is there somebody from Meedio who can tell what's going on?

I really want to know when to expect the next release, and what will it include. What are the future plans?

Just don't put another post that says nothing.

MEEDIO - WAKE UP!

Last summer is over, last winter is over, this summer is almost over and winter will come soon. So much time has passed, and very little progress with HouseBot. If you want to dump HouseBot, why did you aquire it? If you want to keep this great product, why don't you pay more attention to the user c...

Maybe it's a bit off-topic, but Meedio guys, please pay attention to the voices. Support is of top-most importance to some people (like myself). I'm sorry to see that after over a year from the aquisition of HB, only few changes to the software were made. Many change requests and bug-reports have be...

I'm not sure, but most likely the credit should go to Scott, who was helping so often.

Absolutely!

In some installations blocking the access to the HB server is required, while in others it is not. I need the option to limit access to the server.

Talisman, I like the idea, but with the following in mind:

Sometimes it is important that the user will *NOT* have access to the HB server. At least, not with an easy simple click.

Please allow the server to run hidden, or require a password when retrieved from the system tray.

Good ideas.

My topmost request is for supporting two USB-UIRTs - ASAP.

I would also like to be able to mark-out task lines

property labels with tranparent background 'flicker'

In the main panel I have a few property labels that sometimes are displayed and in other times not. I use tranparent background for all these property labels. When defining the property labels without transparent background, the display is correct! I need the tranparent background. Any suggestions?

When setting a tranparent color like the default 255,0,255, it shows some areas or dots of the transparent color. I tried with different colors and always got the same results.

I don't want any 'trails' of the transparent color to show on the screen. All I want is a clear and accurate image.

AFAIK, there is no way to migrate from any system to HB.
