Screen design for HB
Hello, I am trying to use the meedio connector... I have some question: The demo module provided is the only way to obtain the properties values on a screen? My needs are not to send commands (I can send commands with HBControl.exe...). I use a theme based on HDeeTV and I would like to have some pro...

Thank you everybody for your help!!! Finally I found the problem: the cable!!! I had to reassemble a new serial cable and it finally started to work!!! My fault was the pin assignment (I followed the scheme for a male connector but it was a female!!! :) Just because the TX signal was on the middle p...

I did this test: I tried to change the volume with the remote and I check with a voltmeter the current at the RS232 plug (pin 3 and 5 of the long raw). I mesaured a change in the voltage when changing volume! So the cable is vorking I assume.....

RS232 Problem
Hello Everybody, I am trying to control my DENON receiver with Housebot and the RS232 device. I have some problems: 1) I can't receive data 2) I manage to send commands but not always. Randomically it works, but not more than 50% of the tries. The cable is working, because with the RS232 Meedio Esse...

2 way switches and HB CM11 interface
Hi Scott, I am interested in this product: http://media.lodestar.be/intellihome/manuals/LWM1.pdf It is a 2 way dimmer. It can send it state to other X10 devices. What I want to know is: will it send its state back to the CM11 interface? Will I be able to know from HB if someone has (for example) swi...

Dakkar, I've had a quick look at the Marmitek info on their website and in the UK resellers' websites for the same module, but unfortunately there isn't enough detail to be sure. I can only suggest that you e-mail Marmitek and ask them if the LW12 module responds to same extended X10 dimming comman...

Question for Talisam
Hi Talisman, I have some questions about the SW10. The SW10 can be controlled with the CM11 or with the integrated switch. My question is: if you use the integrated switch changing the state of the projector screen, does the SW10 communicate it to the CM11? What happen if you lower the screen with t...

Found a solution?
Talisman, I think I have some good news for you. Read this: http://www.meedio.com/forum/about24037.html&highlight=action+keyboard It seems it works! I tried with this action in the main.template files: <action name="light-on" global="true" command="light-on"> <state...

Leviton style dimming in Europe
Intastella, exactly which of the Marmitek X10 dimming modules are you using? I'm asking because a number of the European mfr's do implement Leviton style dimming commands (extended X10) - for example the LD11 DIN rail unit available in the UK responds well to 'Leviton' dim to set level commands - y...

CM11A from Marmiteck
Hello Scott,
I would just want to know if HB is compatible with this controller:
http://www.nicoshop.com/cat066_l2.html
They have also a USB version of it. Will HB be compatible with both the Serial and USB version?
Thank you very much,
Dakkar
