Hi Tnx for your fast reply. Yes its not as plug n play as rfx or zwave but more flexible and cheaper... all you need is a MQTT brooker ex. https://mosquitto.org/ and any "MQTT monitor". i am using lots of sensors and some relays to openHAB (if you talk low level and not easy ;-) ) its quit...

Hi sorry for highjacking your thred... but nightrader informed about xAP/arduino/1-wire acouple of replies up... and the xAP interface to HB is great so its a nice way of integrating arduinos to HB... i just hope hi will publish the code for the arduino.

any easy way to increase/decrease a time property with a button? i use the -=5 function to increase other values, is it possible to do the same with time? cant figure out the syntax... (i wanna set wake-up time easy.. )

is it possible to get your xAP arduino code? are you both sending and receving xAP? using BSC?
i am in the process of doing a xAP-sauna controller using arduino... it need to send temp values and also recive some commands...

loosing contact with HB is most likely a HW/WiFi/connectingfromanotherpartoftheworld problem.... not showing loss of contact in any way is a SWremote problem... it has been on the enhancement request list for years now and i think its a fatal problem... i have 5 (and growing) screens around the hous...

I have the same problem (even with wifi connected PCs) i have asked for acouple enhancemenst that could help this... 1. some indication in SWremote that it have lost contact and shown data is not updated... some local "watchdog" ( this will help when HB stops too , not only showing bad net...

file/exit or clicking x doesent stop Housebotserver.exe...
Running xp and latest HB...
this causing problem cos no restart of HB is possible... unless stopping process... and stopping process (i guess) will cause DB errors...
