My theory is that it's not transmitting via RF at all. Only powerline. The delays look just like X10. Although I've not read this anywhere (yet), I'm guessing that the Powerlinc V2 is strictly powerline and to get anything to respond to RF, you need to also install the powerline-RF modules. Just got my PowerLinc in today and started to play around with it. In the brief period I've used it, so far it seems to be controlling my Insteon devices just fine. Also using the connector in ME. Will download the latest update and try out my KeypadLincs. Keep up the good work Scott! Thanks, Rob

Thanks for the reply. I'll have to re-read the Insteon white paper, but I don't think the keypads and controllers have unique ID's for each button. If they do, they aren't printed on a sticker.
