Do any of your dynamic image controls use the same image file name when updating? Some image controls use the same image file. It sounds like they are not on the top layer and they are being covered up as the layers are be drawn. I forgot to mention that black rectangles are drawn on screen when images disappear. I checked the xml file in text editor. There were more image entries than images on the panel. I deleted those ...
