What exactly is a 3 wire rs232 cable and what does it do in this case. Does my receiver need to be sitting right next to the computer? How does this connect to my receiver? Thanks and forgive my ignorance.

I have been having a problem yesterday and today where the browser is closing immediately when the page finishes loading. It does this for no rhyme or reason that i can tell (although i know there is one ) It does this on the vista ultimate hb server and the win 2k remote.

I figured this out. When the Panel Name property gets set, there is an carriage return appended to the end of the string. If i use a string function to remove the carriage return, it works!
