Re: New X-10, Old X-10, Insteon and Z-Wave ??????
Thought i would chime in here, I have a 20-30 node Z-wave setup but have never used powerline x10 in my own home. Re: Change Mode
Well what i was doing was enable and disable zones by modes.
So lets say zones 1 & 2 are in arm away and only zone 1 is in arm stay.
i can enable or disable the zone 2 tasks only in arm away.
Basically controlling 1 task with 2 modes.

Re: Change Mode
another example is modes for a security system:
disarm, arm - stay, arm - away
by using modes you can enable or disable various zones.

Re: What do I do now
Welcome Dom,
This is indeed a great piece of software, for the money it cannot be beat.
I would just like to add that the RFXCOM that Richard suggested is great.Do not be afraid to ask questions and i am sure we will be able to help!
Have fun with it!

Squeezebox - Who uses it in Housebot
Hi Guys, I am still struggling with Squeezebox integration into Housebot. I ran a trial of Homeseer Pro with the squeezebox plugin to get a feel for what might be possible and i was impressed by how well it worked and dissapointed by how badly my setup worked in housebot. Who else is using Squeezebo...
