Re: Best watchdog service
Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately though whenever it crashes I have to press Ok on the windows notification before it will close and reopen again. I disabled crash notification, but all that did was remove the option to send the report to microsoft, not disable the notification altogether. Is there...

Hi there,
What is the best program to use for monitoring Housebot and restarting it when it crashes? Preferably low cost.
Regards,
Chris

Crashing on Windows 2008 Server R2

Re: Interface for iTunes?
Thanks for contributing this - looks like it would be just perfect for what I need. Unfortunately after performing the action, using the latest Housebot, then Automation Server crashes. Do you also see this?

Chris

Chris

Re: Browser client, OS independant
This looks like an excellent idea and I'm really excited to see the final output - well done so far. I just wondered how easy it will be to customise in the future? For example if I want to change the way the XML is rendered into HTML + JS? The reason I was asking is that a version for iOS devices w...

Re: Z wave device errors
The waitcommevent error looks like the USB gets disconnected. Are you sure there is no OS (driver) problem or anything else at that time? LostDreamer This was using VMWare so I think you could be right! Getting one of those Silex USB 2.0 over gigabit ethernet device servers and will see if that hel...

Z wave device errors
Hi there, I am using housebot with the TrickleStar USB zwave dongle. I am able to reliably turn on and off lights using homeseer ZTool, but housebot is not proving to be very reliable. Following a restart of the housebot app I can usually trigger a few scenes successfully, however after that zwave f...
