Hi Scott, First off, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. All the best for you and your family in the new year, and thanks for all the hard work. Sorry it took so long to send the errors, but I realized I wasn't logging, and then before you know it the holiday season was upon us, so I kinda forgot :o...

Hi Scott, I just went ahead and installed 1.52 just to see, and yes it did solve the problem. I created a device successfully without any problems. I will wait for you to release 1.61 next week, unless you think it might be helpful in your development to install the beta now. If not, I will continue...

Hi Scott, It crashes right after I click on Create new Device. Or right click and select Create New Device. It doesn't even go into the device creation window. It just crashes. I am doing nothing to the themes either. I am using the CM11A, and I have not changed the configuration at all for quite so...

HouseBot dumping completely randomly
Hi Scott, I have read the other threads about HouseBot crashes and dumps and I figured they don't really match my problem, so I decided to start a new thread. HouseBot has been dumping on me completely randomly for the past several weeks. Here are the time and dates: HouseBotServer-10-01-2003.DMP 2,...

SUNSET_DATE_AND_TIME Variable
Hi Scott, here is a very subtle problem I have found :D I have a task that uses the sytem time and sets it equal to the "next sunset date and time". However, the next sunset date and time does not change the next day unless I perform a + or -, for example SUNSET_DATE_AND_TIME + Days=0, Hou...

If you ever decide to market it, you can count me in for sure :D It seems to be able to do everything that I have searched for. Thanks again ...

Hi Scott, Sorry, I'm not sure I understand it quite yet. Let's assume a hypothetical senerio. Let's say I have a task (we'll keep it simple) that tests for current time as follows: If (system.time>7:00AM) AND (system.time<2:00PM) THEN execute something Else execute something else If indeed the syste...

The Time value in HouseBot
Hi Scott, I guess you'll be the only one able to answer this question. My question is, how does the "Greater Than" and the "Less Than" logic in a condition work with system time? Is the logic decided based on AM/PM or on 24-hour time format? In either case, how does it work? I ho...

Using the Sunrise/Sunset values
Hi All, I want to use the sunrise/sunset functionality of HouseBot but I'm not sure how it will act. Basically what I want to do is use it in a task. I have "Motion DETECTED" tasks that turn lights and cameras on when motion is detected, records the video, and then shuts them off. What I w...
