OK, I played with it a bit, and a thought occured: If I'm bi-passing the BrowseAmp plug in, and just using yours, I can run the program fine. As long as all of my media is below the initial folder the remote searches. Cool, no prob. I am going on the assumption (eek) that the winamp controls, whethe...

Winamp Web Control
Scott- I don't know if you have seen this, but it may fit in great with the software remotes and winamp control....perhaps even some of the protocols you can use.... http://www.uni-ulm.de/~s_hthasl/ Winamp Web Control Plug In for Winamp 2.X. Perhaps this window could be brought up inside a Housebot ...

Various New Features
When you click the theme you wish to edit, that pop up window containing the properties always pops up. Perhaps a checkbox to enable or disable that. Input of other Codes, not just Pronto Hex. Perhaps the incorporation of a translation device. Ability to open files from outside the main directory, o...

Volume Slider with IR
Perhaps I'm having a brain cramp, but I can't seem to figure out how to assign an IR code for volume up/down to a slider movement. If I were to assign a voume down command to any value less than 50 (for example), I would never be able to raise the volume using the slider if I dropped below 50. Does ...

OK, did more troubleshooting: Downloaded the 1.60 version this morning and also downloaded the new winamp config sample. Here is what happened: Browse for MP3 window pops up within the software remote. Files are listed. I select a file and hit play. Nothing. I checked the Ststus, and the path for th...

Now, I am running your sample config and the problems you described are occuring, when i close the remote and reopen it, the song that was last selected pops up, and pressing play does...

Custom Volume Graphics
I'm finally getting the hang of the app, and I'm blown away at the power inherant with it. As my project wraps up...I'm wanting to customize the volume slider (both images). I'm wondering if there are any constraints as to the size of the slider and the size of the graph, so the slider can move incr...
IR Codes
Spent lots o' time at remotecentral..and most of the discrete codes there are not in Pronto Hex format, and various conversion tools dont seem to work...any other tools or tricks, Scott? Thanks!

AMX Programming, frequency, and Housebot
After spending a few (more) hours on the application, it all seems to be coming together. However, some of my A/V equipment is consumer based rather than industrial and some discrete codes are getting hard to track down. Since I am a former AMX programmer, I was curious if anyone had tried extractin...
