When creating a multi-state button, the font weight seems to be stuck on 700 and will not accept other value. This makes Webdings symbols look fat and smudged.
If you try and update the values from the edit fields on the Property Window for the control, you're right, they don't update. However, if you hit the 'Select Font' button and change them there, they can be updated.
