I've discovered that if you create a popup panel with a Minimize button and then press the button, the popup panel minimizes but the Primary panel does not. According to the help "All active panels will minimize". Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding how it is supposed to work? If this is a bug then I'll create a ticket for it.
