System/realtime clock problem

The system clock in my HouseBot server does not synk with the computer clock! When I start the server the two clocks show the same time but after, say 6 hour, the housebot clock is almost 15 min "late", after 12 hours its about 30 min. I have HouseBot ver 2.22 and WinXP sp2
