Error at startup of housebot

Can anybody tell me what this means:

Unable to start the IPC Server. Error = [Elk socketadres (protocol/netwerkadres/poort) kan normaal slechtséén keer worden gebruikt.]



English [Every socketadres (protocol/networkadres/port) can only be used once.]

Found it:



The error was a reslut of two external control devices with the same server port....
