Serial Z-wave controller support

I would like to request a plugin for the serial version of the Z-wave controller in addition to the USB controller version. Many people have reported all sorts of issues for the USB version of the controller -- however the serial version appears to be much more solid without the same sorts of strange issues seen in the USB version.
