I have a wish to use my mobile to control my house and a mediaplayer ...
Today i found a software that is a way in the right direction, i hope..
http://www.salling.com/ Clicker ( no i dont work for this company )
it controls some of the media players from mobiles. the commands runs java scripts on the pc. I am not a java-man but i get the impression that it migt be possible to wright some java scripts to control HB from this software. Eiter with external control or vb scripts... It might even be possible to present property status on the phone from HB.. (or even set properties if the phone is in range! (turn on lights etc...)
Any java-man that can give a hint on how to do this?
There is a script for a power switch that might give a hint...
any leads on this is apriciated.

Hi Wallebalboa/Regs
Have a look at http://www.fma.sourceforge.net also. This software worked great with my old Sony/eric phone. Only trouble is I now have a nokia which is symbian based and the caller id would only seem to work via an AT command . I need to have a bit of free time to see whether I can get this to work and report to Housebot..
Looking briefly on the cliker forum it would appear this is one of the problems with the symbian operation system although there seems to be some software for the MAC which seems to work ok.
