Scroll bar support for the property label control

I make great use of the Property Label control in my themes. In many cases the bound property is text coming from a database. I end up having to size my control so that it is big enough to support the largest number of characters that ever might come back from the database. It would be really nice if the control had some kind of support for a vertical scroll bar similar to the way the list control works now.

Another solution may be to allow a scrolling text.
This way, the user will not have to move his finger (a big task for couch potatoes) to reveal the text.

I have it on the list for the next version. However, that version is still in initial development and won't be out for quite a while.
