Proportional images

Right now the resizer in HB resizes images to the actual size of the dynamic image bitmap size resulting in image distortion as the image box imay not be the proportions of the image to be displayed - while for some types of images this doesn't matter for others it is a painful distortion. It would be a reaallly nice enhancement to have an option on the bitmap control to specify whether the resizer should maintain the proportions of the original image when it resizes. this would mean that the image would not completely fill the image box in one direction but that would be fine if it meant the image was no longer distorted
