Not currently available if you ask me. I can think of lots of other important settings I wouldn't want others to fiddle with. Strange request if I may say so. Are others messing with your server?
Yes there other that can use the server to create a new theme and application.
But I would like to block then with the hardware settings, but is ok I will try another way.
