I left the 'Controllers\' off in my suggestion above since It is the name of the group folder I happened to use in my setup. It should be added and set to match the group name you used if your X10 controller devices are in a group folder.

As for the w800 device not decoding the 'All Off' command... I'll have to leave it to Scott since he wrote the device code.
