Housebot Wont Start

Post by sundodger »

Whilst trying to restart housebot i get the following error. First a box saying database error. record is deleted.
When in click ok i get Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library telling me the application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
so no start.
Thoght it was a good time to install 3.30.2 from 3.30 but no change.
Last dump points to fault address kernal32.dll
Thanks for any help you can give.

It sounds like your database is corrupted. Try putting a back-up copy of the database in the config folder and then restart HB.

Or if you have MS Access installed, open the database and try to comprimate it. This will probably fix your error. I have seen it many times and MS Access always fixes it.
