Hi all,
My HB runs on a dedicated windows XP machine. I normally, remote in to the machine to work on things, etc (No monitor on machine). I have TTS setup and all works fine with the below exception:
TTS does NOT work when I am not logged in to the HB machine. I normally RDP in to my HB machine (it does not even have a monitor). When I remote in.... HB is running along with winamp.......and everything works just fine. The problem is when I disconnect, TTS stops working.....everything else keeps working fine.....including winamp for mp3/wav files.
So, I have to keep my thin client (running SWremote) logged into the main HB machine all the time (which is a pain).
Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening.....any and all help appreciated.
Thanks

Text to Speech Problem
Re: Text to Speech Problem
I had this problem a long time ago and found the solution online... somewhere. I can't seem to remember, but I do recall the solution had something to do with specifying the RDP session id of of the server (or something like that) when you connect. That way you are not creating a different UI session. I wish I could remember more, but I use VNC now and don't have the issue.
