The Wizard boxes do not properly display.
They open but the content of the box is larger than the box and you cannot scoll

I'm not seeing that here. Which wizard(s) are you seeing it with? Also, is your display size set to 100% (smaller), or did you change it to the larger setting?

I see this on Windows XP as well (reported over a year ago 
). It's a hindrance but you can still complete the wizard...just use the return button since you can't click the OK button. I think it's a screen resolution problem as opposed to an OS specific problem.
