UK Modem with Caller Display (USB)?

Hi there,

Do most onboard motherboard modems support caller display?

If not, can someone please recommend me a USB voice modem with caller display that I can run with Housebot?

In case anyone else ever wonders the same thing, I managed to pick up a Conexant Modem (brand new) on ebay for £5.99. With a little playing around (with the modem initialisation string) I got it to work with Housebot. Bargain!!

Hi, I have a pci modem and it never really worked that well, would pick up caller id from the odd call. Last month a installed a cctv card and since then I get conflicting irq and it does not work at all. I think this might be the answer.

Which one did you get? was it this...
