Thanks Scott, I'd love to try the beta and do whatever I can to help. I do get this error every time I try to change any of the properties for this one device. All other X10 devices work fine.

Scott,
I'm having the same problem over here (Belgium 240V,50Hz) when using a Marmitek KR21 remote control. I'm using Housebot 2.0 final on a dedicated system.
I will mail you my log asap.

i have the same error too, even with version 3.30.02. It works for some hours, and then I have the error message "Error reading com port. Error = Insuficient data in read buffer."
No support available...

im also getting this error all the time now too.
Error reading COM port. Error = Insufficient data in read buffer
Due to an error, Device [Front Blinds] Property [Direct X10 Command] DID NOT change.
Unknown data received [55].
