Just got round to installing this to my windows 7 media center, and surprised to say it still works!!
Only issue I started getting is a prompts that 'ActiveX control on this page may be unsafe' I have been able to stop this by adding the following to the registry. Please note this may reduce you security settings for local activex objects.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0]
"1201"=dword:00000000
Would like to rewrite this as a mcml version. But don't think i'll ever get round to it.

Re: MCE Add-in
I have finally done a few updates to my mce plugin. Nothing major, just a few minor annoyances.
Updates are:
- Config application now allows you to select what devices/tasks/modes to display in Media Center.
- Fixed some layout issues, scales correctly on 1080p.
- Back button works correctly now.
When you install you must have HBControlMod.HBControl installed, this can be done with regsvr32 or installing Housebot. More information in this thread. I'm using it on Windows 7 Media Center.
