Well the builder we hired is an ass. He said he would give me a weeks notice, althogh he called today to tell me the electrical is done and he has the insulation guy coming tomorrow. So if i want to get it in there before the insulation i have to do it tonite. He said I could just pull the insulation aside and do it with it in there, but it would be harder.



Any ideas if the insulation makes it a lot harder to run wires?

I found a friend that is an electrician, but i havent been able to ghet a hold of him yet today.

Yes insulation makes it harder to run wires. Without insulation you can easily pull the wire between the studs, with insulation that will be harder. The good news is that the insulation should mostly be in just the outside walls.

Yeah, the builder wont budge on that one, so im going this weekend with the insulation in.
