I have 2 modes: Night & Away



Task 'alarm if movement in house' is assigned to mode Away



Task 'alarm if movement in shed' is assigned to both modes



Either Night or Away mode will be Active, and the other Inactive





The help files says 'if a mode is active all of the task associated with the mode will be enabled as long as .... or are members of other modes that are not active"



I don't see this behaviour: if Night mode is active and Away mode inactive the 'alarm if movement in shed' task is still enabled - which is what I want!



Is the help wrong or am I reading it wrong?

It looks like the help file is wrong



If all of the modes that a Task belongs to are deactive, this will effectively disable the Task. If even one mode that the Task belongs to is active, then the task is considered enabled.

That's what I thought and want, thanks for confirming that!
