Just a note to anyone looking for button and background bitmaps - you can download the iProntoEdit program from RemoteCentral. It comes with a nice bitmap gallery. You can also use this to open ICF files (iPronto version of CCF) from RC to borrow from other users' contributions. I'm sure you can't redistribute these graphics but for personal use I'd guess its OK.
