Is there a pocket pc download for the controlling software?

Yes.
Software Remotes (the software you run on the clients) are available for Pocket PC, Win CE, and Win32 (regular windows).

When you install(ed) HouseBot there were checkboxes for the Win32, ppc and ce clients. If you checked them they will show up as folders in the \HouseBot\Clients directory. Go to that folder and run the client or move it to the appropriate device. When you first run it, it will prompt for the config data for the connection to the main HouseBot machine. If you did not check the box for what you need, re-run the HouseBot install and check box everything you want to install again. Re-installing HouseBot is non-destructive
