I have some unusual IR codes that I want to assign to buttons in my theme. I know that you must assign the specific IR codes to properties. Is there a way to set up a list of your own properties.



For example, the VCR property lists play, stop, ff, and rewind. I would like to create my own list of these properties. Is that possible?

I would suggest creating your own Property and giving it your own unique Property values that you can assign to your codes.



To create your own Properties and values, select the Property Manager from the main menu (Settings/Property Manager). After you have created the Property, you can add it to your IR Device (or create a new IR Device Definition using the Property). The online help should give you some additional detail on how this is done.
