High CPU on SW_Remote via network

I built a pretty large theme controlling just about everything. The theme has many buttons which open other theme screens.
When using this theme on a remote PC, some of these screens produce over 45% CPU while others just stay low at 2% or so.
Does anybody have this same problem and is there a reason why this happens? On my local PC, all of these screen produce low CPU, so It seems not theme related.

Do you use different controls in the panels that eat the cpu?
I suspect that the slider control takes more cpu power than most other controls, but I never tested it.
There may be other controls that are cpu hungry.

In these pages I have simple property change buttons and some property labels. Nothing special and it ONLY happens over the network. The same theme om my HouseBot server PC (local PC) works at low CPU!

This is just a shot in the dark - do you use a program called 'netlimiter' on the remote PC?

No I don't. I just found out that all works (remotely) fine on my XP tablet PC. The PC that has the high CPU runs W2000. Maybe that has something to do with it. It is very consistent. Only on a few pages (and always the same pages in the theme) this high CPU occurs and these pages don't have anything (more special than other pages that run low CPU.
It runs fine on my laptop with XP which proves it must be related to the W2000 PC and not my theme.
