LCD Touchscreen - Wall mount

Can anyone recommend where to buy 8 - 15 inch LCD touchscreens used for wallmounting?
I'd prefer something that looks more professioanl rather than something that looks like a PC monitor mounted to the wall.

Is not worth it to buy used ones since they usually go bad after a while and it is very expensive to repair...
I have bought at least 5 used ones from 8" to 19" used touch panels and I can say What was I Thinking... I know you can say but new are so expensive BUT again depends on where you look..
I Just bought 2 15" brand new from DEll and they are wall mountable..

I was looking at those dells...they are wall mountable..perfect.
Have you installed them yet? If so, how did it go? Happy with everything?
