After housebot upgrade from 2.30 to 2.31, I am getting error during application startup.

"Unable to start the IPC server Error = (Only one usage of each socket address (protocol / network address /port is normally permitted"

Did anyone had a this error before or any idea how to resolve this issue?

You have to delete the external controls devices that are imported with the upgrade.
