IS there a way to have a USB interface like the Generic Serial Module, so we can monitor a specific USB port?

There are currently no plugins for HouseBot that I know of that will do this. If you are proficient with C/C++ programming and know enough about how to work with USB, you could use the HouseBot SDKs to write your own.
