Option for setting scrollbar appearance in list controls

This would be nice to have. As I increase the size of the scrollbar for touchscreen use, the up and down arrows pixelate badly. It would also be nice to be able to have scrollbars that match the theme (i.e., set up and down arrows via png, set slider via png). Or at least color coordinate them.

D'oh! I did look. . . somehow I missed it.

I'd like at least the color portions!
