Hey Scott,

This is not a big problem, just a preference. Is there a way under the "Themes" to move the panel tabs around. My problem is as I update my configuration I would like to put all my music panel tabs together, my video tabs together, and so on. Is there a way to do that?

That is already a feature request. Look here for it:

You can do it manually by cutting and pasting the theme xml file.
