Is it possible to change the color from the windows default?

I believe this is determined by the system. In order to change it, you will need to change the settings for all scrollbars on your system. This can be accomplished via "themes" for MS Windows. I never actually got around to doing this, but it should work. I had posted a feature request in the past to allow a bit more configuration of scrollbars in the list control.

Yeah- I know I can do it that way. .. but other applications override the windows call. . . guess I should find your feature request and bump it.
