Can you have HB impliment a Basic STMP Server into the program? Also something that you can export/read your inbox, contacts, calendar, and so on from Outlook or Outlook Express seamlessly. Something attached to HB.

It would be implemented as a Device. Probably not a whole lot different from what you can do with a VBScript Device.
