IR Error

Hi,
I've developed an error related to IR mappings. Several IR Code/Property Value pair mappings were mysteriously dropped (property values show code 'none', when once they were mapped correctly). When I attempt to map them again, I get Error: Unable to insert record into PropertyValueIR Map
I can't pinpoint any recent change that might have caused this (nor have I made any recent changes period).
Any thoughts on how to correct?
