Is the server on a different box than the computer that you want to view on? If the server and viewing computer are the same, are you logged in under the server account when you run the execute program device?

1) Where do you want the IE instance to run? Locally on the server or on a client running an swremote that is connected to the server?

2) Can you post the path and any command line arguments that you are using for the execute program device?

3) Have you looked at my web browser application as it was designed to do just what you want and has detailed instructions with pictures included?

Thales:

The Execute Program device will only execute a program on the server. In order to execute a program on a client running a swremote, you will need to set up a task. How to do this is detailed in the instructions for "HouseBot Browser 2008" (see link). You can use the HouseBot Browser 2008.exe as your web browser or you can use IE...it's up to you. But the instructions I have written for starting an executable on one of your non-server machines are the same.

Dear Osler,

I tried to learn your post, but I confess that I am a little confuse with many attached files, what have I to use.

Is it possible to you make a little resume.

I can only run a browser on the server from the remote.

I need to understand how to run on the remote.

thanks
