How can I Change a Theme Panel Context and simultaneously change a Control Button? Ex. Living Room>DVD Player>"Panel Changes to DVD Panel context chandes in reference to Living Room", and controls the DVD Matrix Switch input. The other components are fine, Living Rm TV, Bedroom TV, CDR, XBOX, DVD, IR Codes. Just need tow do two things at once.
Matrix switch is a 2in 4 out Ir system up and running.
Any Ideas/

I want to add that it might be an output that needs to changs relevant to the zone. I am adding indicators with the control buttons for dvd and xbox screens.

Not sure if panel enter is contexted...but if it is, you could use this to set a variety of properties. Look for it under the panel tab.

Otherwise, you may be able to use the panel enter to pop a task that does some sort of evaluation for the current context and then sets the matrix switch. This is likely not as easy as it sounds, but is a workable solution.

Thanks for the reply Osler. Yea, I even thought about a Mode or Task type of setting, but the safe way might be to add a Matrix In/Out for Zone One and Two.
That way we can control the whole system without too much confusion.
The HDMI Matrix Switch is setup with (A -Output/--Input 1-2-3-4) and (B -Output/--Input 1-2-3-4).
The outputs are TV/A and TV/B .
The inputs are XBOX in-1and DVD in-2. I think the indicators and cababilities to switch In/Outs, added to each zone panel would do it.
