X10 DIN RAIL vs X10 Inline

Hi there,
I've got a few DIN RAIL X10 LD11 units running some lighting in my living room and dining room. We're about to re-wire the rest of the house and I can't decide whether to go for more X10 DIN RAIL units or use the new "inline" modules which sit inside the light switches. The DIN RAIL units are £30 a go, whereas the switch units are about £75+. All must be dimmable....
Has anyone any experience with the inline units? Are they any good? Do you think they'd work out cheaper in the long run as it avoids two sets of cables everywhere?
Thanks,
Z.
