Unable to set Theme's default panel

I've run across a theme that doesn't show a list of the available panels when I try to set the theme's default panel. Also, if I click OK after checking the Specific Panel radio button it causes HB to crash.

This doesn't happen on all of my panels, but it does on the one that I'm interested in working on, of course

Any ideas? I exported the panel that I'm having the problem with and emailed it to you.

I got your email and replied.

Maybe I'm not seeing the same thing as you, but I wasn't getting any Panels in the default panel list.

And yes, it does crash if nothing is selected. I'll fix that.

As you pointed out in your email, I needed to have a primary panel - All the panels I had in the theme were pop-up so that I could control their placement. I created a "dummy" primary panel, and it works great now.
