How to find HouseBot stuff

I am having a hard time trying to figure out what themes/plugins/addins are for HouseBot vs Essentials. Some stuff is in the HouseBot specific forums. Some is in MAID(took me a while to figure out what that stood for!). I downloaded some stuff from MAID and it had a mpp extension. Found a post about associating the file extenstion to mppinstaller.exe, which I can't find. How do I tell which stuff in MAID is for HouseBot?

Currently everything in MAID is for Essentials only but we hope to be changing that soon. For the time being the HouseBot plugins are in the Plugins forum:

I found those two posts. Beyond those, it is difficult figuring out what the rest of the post in those forums apply to.
