multiple WinAmps

Currently, it is impossible to run more than one WinAmp device with HB (it is possible to load two devices, but one affects the other - and that is not what we want).

Allowing more than one instance of WinAmp will provide a nice low-cost audio distribution solution. Just add another sound card and define a new WinAmp instance to use that card.

Rename a second winamp.exe as winamp2.exe and start that. It should let you control them separately.
