Does anyone have a copy of Eric Vickery's RCS TXB-15b plugin?

I PM'd him, he doesn't have it anymore.

I have the old copy of it, but Eric wasn't sure he wanted to share it once HouseBot went commercial. Since it's Eric's work, I really can't publish it without his permission.
