Allow multiple 'Config' folders

When handling more than one HB application, they become difficult to be managed.

A small application that would tell HBServer the actual name of the configuration folder and the actual name of the mdb data file will help a lot (or any other way that will allow to select the config folder and the HBData file).

Is this because you are managing multiple servers in your house? Why do you have multiple config files?

I have one server at home.
However, I have clients that use HB, and I keep a copy of the config folder for each client.

I preper the installation on my laptop and then copy the files to the client.
When giving support, I first make the changes at home and then pass the relevant files to the client.

So I keep 'Config' folders for client_A, client_B etc...
