Integration housebot client with desktop

I was looking at ways to integrate housebot clients with some desktop components like Weather widgets, clock etc. There's an application called multimediabuilder from http://www.mediachance.com which is perfect for the job. It can take over the whole desktop (secured) and you can start external applications etc and include things like flash, video, email, webbrowser etc. So you would be able to automatically start the software client together with the desktop you've made with MMB and integrate all kinds of stuff this way.
