Maybe i am just missing this. Is there some way to see the current links that have been setup for the Insteon powerlinc v2? For example, if i wanted to see what group numbers certain devices may have already been linked to.

No, you're not missing anything. You can add the links from the PowerLinc, but there is no UI for viewing them.
